Refund/Cancellation Policy:

Should you have something come up and need to cancel your reservation we are happy to do that for you!

  • All orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as the renter cancels the order within 24 hours of delivery.
  • No cancellations or refunds will be issued due to inclement weather unless mandatory evacuation is issued.
  • Once rental items have been delivered or picked up by customer no refunds or cancellations.
  • After delivery or pickup of rental items you are responsible to pay for the amount of time you reserved. No refund will be given if you return items early.

 

EVACUATION POLICY:

Should a mandatory evacuation occur during your rental period we know it can be hectic and upsetting.  If we delivered the gear to you please just leave the gear where we left it upon delivery and we will pick it up as soon as we can after the order is issued. If you picked up your gear from one of our locations please drop it off to any of our locations or call to schedule us for pick up.

  • If the mandatory evacuation happens before your items are delivered you will be refunded.
  • If you have your items have been delivered and you have had the gear you will be charged the daily rate for one or two day.
  • Customers who have had their items for three days or more days will be charged the week rate.
  • In the event that rental equipment that is not recovered at time of pickup (from delivery service) or returned by customer, no refunds will be issued.
