Requirements:

• Must have money to pay for the rental. :)

• We charge10% of your rental for a deposit to hold your reservation. The remainder is charged the morning the gear is loaded for delivery.

• You need to have a debit or credit card. We keep it on file for your security deposit, so if you decide love your beach bike or fun kayak and decide to keep (steal) it we can replace it!

• It helps, but is not required, to know how to ride a bike or paddle or maybe both.

• You can book online, over the phone, or at one of our stores in person.  Want to pick out your gear?  We got you! Come on in and we will help you.  You can even pick it out and we will still deliver it if you don't wanna take it with you. :)

• No cancellation charge! Just let us know you are cancelling before the morning of delivery and your order will be cancelled and booking deposit will be refunded!

• FREE DELIVERY and pick up to the whole island!

• Bike Locks included with bike rentals!  We provide at no charge one bike lock for every three bikes ordered. (1lock will lock up 3 to 4 bikes)

• You do not need to be present for delivery or pick up!  We will leave your equipment locked up in a safe location under or around your house. Before you leave place the equipment locked in the same location and we will pick up.

• Discounts for large orders.

• Kayak seats, life vests and paddles come with Kayak rentals for no additional charge.

• There are no refunds for weather or early returns unless in the event of a mandatory evacuation. 

• For weekly rentals we typically deliver the day of your arrival and pick up the day you depart so you have your gear the whole time your here.  We have a daily price (24 hours) and a weekly price.  It is a much better deal to rent for the week. For example bikes are $20.00 a day or $55.00 for the week.  So three days or more it's the weekly price.

• For daily rentals you get a full 24 hours.  So whatever time we drop off or you pick up your rental is the same time we will pick up or you should return the next day.
